JinSwara is a non-profit, community-run initiative started on 24 August 2017, built to digitalize Jainism for everyone — free of cost, free of ads, forever.
JinSwara and all its platforms are provided completely free of charge. We do not, and will never, run advertisements, charge subscription fees, or monetize your usage in any way. This is a core promise, not a marketing line.
Jinwani is a directory connecting readers with Jain publishers. JinSwara does not sell books, does not process payments, and is not a party to any transaction between a reader and a publisher. All orders happen directly between the reader and the listed publisher.
Scriptural and devotional content shared across our platforms belongs to the broader Jain community and tradition. Original written content, code, and design created by JinSwara volunteers remain the property of the JinSwara initiative and are shared in the spirit of open access.
JinSwara is run entirely by volunteers in their free time. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness or infallibility of any content, and platforms are provided "as is."
We may update these terms occasionally as our platforms grow. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
