1. No Tracking, No Ads

We do not run advertisements and do not use third-party ad-tracking cookies. Our platforms are built to be as lightweight and privacy-respecting as possible.

2. Information We Collect

• Forum accounts: basic details (name, email) needed to create and manage your account and participate in discussions.
• Jinwani publisher accounts: business/contact details (name, phone/WhatsApp number) provided voluntarily by publishers to list their catalog.
• Standard analytics: anonymized, aggregate usage data (e.g. page visits) to help us understand which features are useful — never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used solely to operate the relevant platform — e.g. displaying your Forum profile, or connecting a reader with a publisher on Jinwani. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.

4. Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect any data stored on our platforms. As a volunteer-run, non-profit initiative, we ask for your understanding that our infrastructure is maintained on a best-effort basis.

5. Your Choices

You can request account deletion or data removal at any time by contacting us. We will action such requests promptly.

6. Children's Privacy

Our platforms (like Jain Wordle and Niyam) are designed to be family-friendly and safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what's minimally required for account features.
